I wrote a write up on 1adds on Fb..All I can say I was dubvious to try osteoarthritis knee prob supplements as I tried sooo many and sooo dissapointed. I can't say much right now because this was my first one.However , I have noticed some change in terms of posture . At first I couldn't stand straight for a minute but now I can. I'm still in pain but I noticed that if I can get another roll on I will definitely get better results especially because the pain has been there for more than 5 years.
