Autonomic neuropathy affects the nerves that control your bodyâs involuntary functions. Involuntary functions are the everyday functions we donât usually have to think about. These include heart rate, sweating, and digestion for example.

Eucalyptus â superstar of bush medicine!
The essential oils from eucalyptus and tea tree contain a huge number of compounds with a wide range of pharmacologic activities, including how the human body handles inflammation and pain.
Eucalyptus oil, for instance, contains a compound called cineole (also known as eucalyptol) which has been seen in laboratory tests to decrease the production of pro-inflammatory molecules and to relax smooth muscles (Ferreira-da-Silva et al., 2015). Tea tree oil â a natural antioxidant
Just like eucalyptus, tea tree oil is derived from a plant native to Australia, Melaleuca alternifolia. It has been used as a topical antiseptic agent for at least a century and numerous scientific studies now support the wealth of anecdotal evidence suggesting benefits of the oil for human health (Carson et al., 2006; Tong et al., 1992).
Topical use of tea tree oil has also been seen to suppress histamine-induced skin inflammation in humans (Koh et al., 2002), while a study in animals found that the oil suppressed the increase in inflammatory mediators associated with oral Candida infection (Ninomiya et al., 2013).

First thing is to beat the cream cheese in a bowl, best to use and electric mixer on medium speed until the cream cheese is smooth. Progressively beat the yogurt.
Mix in the strawberries, blueberries and peaches in a separate bowl (large preferred).
Spoon approximately half of the fruit into 4 parfait glasses. If you donât have parfait glasses, no problem!
Simply use any glass you have about 10-12 ounces wide. Then, spoon half of the yogurt mix on top of the fruit and continue to repeat layering. You can then top with nuts, sliced almonds or walnuts.
